We are a luxury, globally expanding personal training and fitness brand, redefining health, performance, and lifestyle across multiple international markets. With a presence in key global cities, we deliver elite, highly personalised training experiences supported by world-class expertise, precision, and discretion. Marketing plays a central role in shaping our global brand, driving growth across regions, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across every touchpoint.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team and support the execution of global and regional marketing initiatives. This role sits at the heart of the marketing function and works closely with senior marketing leadership, regional teams, and external partners. This is a hands-on execution role with real responsibility. You will contribute to campaigns, brand initiatives, and digital marketing activity from day one, while also owning defined projects and supporting the smooth delivery of marketing across markets. This role replaces an existing position and is designed for someone ready to step up, take ownership, and grow within a high-performance, international marketing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Global Marketing Execution & Support
    • Partner closely with the CMO to support and execute global and regional marketing initiatives
    • Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of brand campaigns, digital activations, and key marketing projects
    • Write clear, structured briefs and manage deliverables with internal teams, agencies, and external partners
    • Prepare marketing decks, presentations, and updates for senior stakeholders and regional teams
    • Support coordination across markets to ensure alignment, consistency, and timely execution
  • Stakeholder & Regional Collaboration
    • Act as a key point of contact for regional marketing teams, supporting them in implementing global initiatives
    • Translate global strategies into clear, practical guidance for local execution
    • Support regional teams while ensuring brand standards and quality are maintained
    • Build strong working relationships across marketing, operations, and wider business functions
  • Project Ownership & Campaign Delivery
    • Take ownership of defined marketing projects from briefing through to delivery
    • Track timelines, manage dependencies, and ensure high-quality execution across workstreams
    • Support multiple campaigns and initiatives in parallel within a fast-paced environment
    • Proactively identify risks, gaps, or opportunities and communicate them clearly
  • Performance & Digital Marketing Support
    • Support paid social, search, and digital marketing campaigns through asset coordination, briefing, and reporting
    • Assist with performance tracking and reporting across key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
    • Develop a strong understanding of how data and performance insights inform campaign optimisation and decision-making
  • Learning, Contribution & Growth
    • Work closely with Heads of Brand, Campaigns, Digital, and Regional Marketing
    • Contribute ideas and improvements to processes, campaigns, and execution
    • Build experience across brand, campaign delivery, and global marketing operations
    • Develop skills and confidence to progress within a global, performance-driven marketing team

Requirements

What we’re looking for

  • Mindset & Approach
    • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
    • Curious, ambitious, and motivated to grow within a marketing role
    • Confident communicator, able to work with stakeholders at different levels
    • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
    • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
    • Solutions-focused, pragmatic, and willing to learn through doing
  • Skills & Experience
    • First professional experience in marketing (in-house or agency), or a strong internship background with clear responsibility
    • Foundational understanding of digital and performance marketing
    • Familiarity with key marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing briefs and presentations
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
    • Collaborative team player who can also work independently
