With a strengthened leadership team, a major rebrand set for January 2026, and significant investment in systems and processes, the momentum is real. • Manage group audit and tax compliance, working closely with external advisors and auditors.
  • Deliver robust balance sheet and cash-flow forecasting, partnering with FP&A to drive confident decision-making.
  • Lead group-wide treasury operations, including global cash flow management, banking relationships, covenant forecasting, and liquidity planning.
  • Implement smart cash optimisation strategies, ensuring funds are efficiently deployed to support rapid growth and operational excellence.
  • Oversee group debt, equity, and financial obligations, maintaining tight controls and complete visibility across the organisation.
  • Provide high-quality financial insights to senior leadership, shaping commercial and strategic decisions.
  • Support the Head of Finance and Finance Director with ad-hoc analysis, insurance oversight, and company secretarial duties.
  • Drive continuous improvement, enhancing processes, strengthening reporting frameworks, and elevating internal controls as we scale.

Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent).
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and controls.
  • Demonstrable treasury experience, ideally across multi-entity or international environments, including cash management, banking oversight, and debt monitoring.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
