We're seeking a Head of Content & Campaigns to drive our content strategy, execute impactful campaigns, and lead a high-performing team. This senior role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, brand growth, and performance-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a world-class content strategy with the Marketing Director and senior stakeholders
- Lead the creation of high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that fuel brand growth
- Oversee the content calendar and ensure seamless production across all channels
- Partner with Unfiltered to shape and execute their content roadmap
- Collaborate with the CEO and key teams to bring creative concepts to life
- Align with Copy, Creative, and Channel teams to deliver ROI-driven campaigns
- Launch new products with compelling marketing strategies
- Integrate AI tools to enhance content production
- Establish performance reporting and process optimisations
- 7+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Proven leadership skills, inspiring collaboration and efficiency
- Strong process mindset, with expertise in streamlining workflows
