We are a fast-growing Language Service Provider (LSP) delivering high-quality translation, localization, and multilingual content solutions to clients across a range of industries. As we scale, we are looking for a highly proactive Digital Marketing Manager to establish and lead Ultimate Languages’ marketing function from the ground up.

This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a build-and-grow environment. As our first dedicated marketing hire, you will be responsible for creating the entire marketing structure within the business—from strategy and systems to execution and performance tracking. You will develop and implement digital marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth. This role requires both strategic vision and hands‑on delivery, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the company’s marketing strategy from scratch, aligned with business growth objectives
  • Build and establish core marketing infrastructure, including tools, processes, reporting frameworks, and KPIs
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition for target markets
  • Develop and execute SEO and paid social campaigns to drive inbound leads
  • Oversee website development, performance, UX, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Create and manage a content marketing strategy (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns)
  • Select, implement, and manage marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Set up tracking, analytics, and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Collaborate closely with sales to align marketing with lead generation and pipeline development
  • Build and manage external partnerships (agencies, freelancers) as needed
  • Identify opportunities to scale the marketing function, including future team growth
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience (4–7+ years) in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B or professional services environment
  • Demonstrated experience building or significantly developing a marketing function or strategy
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
  • Commercial awareness with a strong focus on ROI and business impact
  • Experience within the language services, localization, or related industries
  • Familiarity with international SEO and multilingual content strategies
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Basic technical knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
