The Role And What You’ll Do:

  • UFC boasts one of the most powerful social media followings in all professional sports, with a social ecosystem of over 260 million fans worldwide.
  • We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator with fluent Arabic language skills to be responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of UFC’s social media activities across the Middle East region, creating timely, accurate, and localized content for fight fans before, during, and after UFC events.
  • This position manages the posting process, from concept to approval and executes the content, and will require posting to be in Arabic.
  • Manages creative requests and asset delivery for UFC social media channels in the Middle East, posting content in Arabic.
  • Works with multiple departments and stakeholders to create, copy‑edit, and post social media content for UFC’s official pages on Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, and TikTok.
  • Provides on‑site and remote “play‑by‑play” coverage of UFC live events.
  • Works in collaboration with other UFC social teams across the world and across time zones.
  • Uses social media analytic tools to create event reports, track key KPIs, and identify trends and best practices.
  • Maintains social media calendar and posting schedule to maximize impact of posts.
  • Executes Community Management across all social platforms including tracking fan sentiment, identifying event purchasing issues, and managing the UFC social inboxes.
  • Identifies potential collaboration with content creators, influencers and celebrity fans in the Middle East region.
  • Provides support for the growth of emerging social media platforms.
  • Performs other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.

You Have These:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluent language skills in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Two years of experience working with social media for a sports property preferred.
  • Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere or similar editing suite proficiency preferred.
  • Demonstrable photography and videography experience a plus.
  • MMA/UFC knowledge is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Suite for creating, editing, and maintaining analytics reports.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in accordance with UFC’s live event schedule.
  • Positive attitude and an ability to handle an intense schedule, fast‑paced environment, and off‑hours requests.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence to work with and alongside A‑list athletes and their management.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
