My client is a privately owned developer, which over the last 20 years has specialised in the delivery of stylish and contemporary Residential Care Homes. This job presents a good opportunity to introduce yourself to a developer with a large order book of projects across the South East.

The Project

Development of a luxury new build Care Home.

The Role

To work in the position of Site Manager covering the current Site Manager's holiday. The project is at the foundation and drainage stage.

Key Requirements:

  • Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained
  • You must be able to monitor trades and labour on site, complete reports and report back to the Senior Site Manager
  • SMSTS, CSCS, FIRST AID

About You

You will have gained 2+ years’ experience working for a developer or main contractor as a Site Manager.
