My client is a privately owned developer, which over the last 20 years has specialised in the delivery of stylish and contemporary Residential Care Homes. This job presents a good opportunity to introduce yourself to a developer with a large order book of projects across the South East.
The Project:
- Development of a luxury new build Care Home.
- To work in the position of Site Manager covering the current Site Manager's holiday.
- The project is at the foundation and drainage stage.
- You must be able to monitor trades and labour on site, complete reports and report back to the Senior Site Manager.
Requirements:
- SMSTS, CSCS, FIRST AID
- You will have gained 2+ years’ experience working for a developer or main contractor as a Site Manager.
