The Company: My client is a privately owned developer, which over the last 20 years has specialised in the delivery of stylish and contemporary Residential Care Homes.

The Project: Development of a luxury new build Care Home.

The Role: To work in the position of Assistant Site Manager overseeing various works and reporting to the Senior Site Manager. Your role will require you to monitor sub-contractors.

Key Requirements:

  • Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained.
  • You must be able to manage snagging/defects, monitor trades and labour on site, complete reports and report back to the Senior Site Manager.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, FIRST AID.

About You:

You will have gained 2+ years' experience working for a developer or main contractor as an Assistant Site Manager.
