As part of our continued growth, we're looking for an exceptional Site Manager to join us.

We're not looking for an average Site Manager.

As a Site Manager, you'll be at the heart of that.

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our sites, bringing together subcontractors, maintaining exceptional standards and making sure our projects are delivered safely, efficiently and with real attention to detail.

  • WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day management of commercial interior fit-out projects, working closely with the Contracts Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the exceptional standards our clients expect.

You’ll coordinate subcontractors and trades, monitor progress and quality, maintain site records, manage Health & Safety and identify potential issues before they impact delivery.

You’ll be the person setting the standard on site.

That means creating an organised, professional environment, communicating effectively with everyone involved and making sure the finished project is something both you and Ultimate are proud to put our name to.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience taking day to day responsibility for construction sites, ideally within commercial fit-out.
  • Strong knowledge of site Health & Safety.
  • Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
  • Confident working to construction programmes, planning short-term activities and coordinating trades to maintain key dates.
  • The ability to read construction drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies or missing information and raising issues early
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and people-management skills.
  • A good eye for quality and attention to detail, addressing quality issues as work progresses and driving a right first‑time approach.”
  • Confidence dealing with clients and professional teams.
  • Ability to identify problems early and take ownership of resolving them.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of variations and project costs.
  • Pride in delivering an exceptional finished product.
