Ultimate (Commercial Interiors) Ltd is seeking a Commercial Manager to own the commercial management of interior fit-out projects, ensuring profitability while protecting the company’s commercial interests and upholding the highest standards of client satisfaction.
You will work closely with Operations, Contracts, Estimating and Finance teams to oversee budgets, procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts, providing commercial guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
