Mortgage Case Manager Glasgow – hybrid (min 3 days each week in the office) Salary to £27K per annum As a Mortgage Case Manager, you will manage a busy pre-offer pipeline of applications and liaise with brokers to obtain underwriting documents. You will be well organised and have excellent attention to detail. This role is the first point of contact for their customers, so you will enjoy delivering exceptional customer service in a timely manner. Our client, a specialist, manual, mortgage lender based in Glasgow is seeking 2 mortgage case managers to join their busy team. They are a technology-driven brand, shaking up the market by offering improved customer results through tech, and by offering exceptional customer service. Duties of the Case Manager will include: * Managing a busy pre-offer pipeline of applications and liaising with brokers to obtain underwriting documents. * Working closely with the underwriting team to ensure applications are progressed efficiently and accurately, meeting KPI’s. * Answering customer queries, with the key objective of first-time resolution. The successful candidate will possess: * Mortgage case management experience. * An understanding of the current regulatory landscape in respect of data protection, Money Laundering and treating customers fairly. * Strong organisational skills with an ability to work to strict deadlines maintaining accuracy.
