Are you looking for a new challenge in mortgages, working for an organisation who always put their customers first? Our client is a later life lender, offering tailored, niche mortgages to individuals aged 50 – 90+. They are an ambitious company, and their ultimate goal is to become the main household name for later-life lending.

Their head office is based in London (Nr Marylebone) and they can offer a hybrid approach to the working week, with 1 / 2 days in the office and the remainder working remotely.

They are very keen to speak to customer focussed, mortgage professionals, who have experience in the later-life lending space. The majority of the lending they offer is interest only mortgages and would ideally like this individual to have some experience in that area too. This is a brand-new team, currently with 2 advisors and they have plans to grow organically.

Duties of the Mortgage Advisor will include:

  • Offer professional advice on the most suitable products, ensuring clients understand the implications and risks involved.
  • Conduct thorough consultations to explain the process of each product, eligibility criteria, and potential outcomes. Address any concerns or questions they may have and provide clear, transparent information
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to convert leads, and to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

The successful individual will possess:

  • CeMap and CeRER qualifications.
  • Previous experience within a mortgage advising role, ideally with advising on serviced interest options.
