Overview
Recruitment Expert – Mortgages, Savings and Lending / MI Reporting Analyst role in Nottinghamshire. Hybrid (Mon and Tues in the office). Up to £45k + benefits. Start ideally in October.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MI dashboards and reports using advanced Excel (Power Query,
- Write advanced SQL queries and apply data mining to deliver actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Create wireframes and mock-ups to support stakeholder engagement and solution design.
- Lead testing of third-party systems, documenting outcomes and resolving issues ahead of business UAT.
- Manage BAU changes, including rate updates, data provision, and third-party service requests.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst or MI/Reporting Analyst from within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of UAT and system testing.
- Skilled in complex SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experienced in data mining to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel and VBA expertise; proficiency in CXAIR would be ideal.
- Skilled in data visualisation and dashboard development.
Benefits
