Are you a mortgage professional, seeking a new opportunity where you can build your skills with a specialist, niche lender? Our client is a specialist mortgage brokerage and one of the UKs leading experts in self-build, custom-build, renovation and conversion finance.
Our client is seeking an experienced, mortgage expert to join their specialist mortgage team. Playing a key role in supporting customers throughout their mortgage journey, you will be part of a collaborative and high performing team.
Responsible for packaging and progressing mortgage applications from Decisions in Principle, through to mortgage offer.
Assessing cases and issuing clear requirements to customers and Mortgage Advisers.
Reviewing financial documentation and supporting application documentation.
Packaging and submitting fully reviewed, quality-checked mortgage applications to lenders.
Previous experience in mortgage case management.
Experience processing mortgage applications from DIP through to offer.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
