Customer Advisor in Leicester

Customer Advisor Leicestershire and Northamptonshire Up to £25k per annum Are you a customer focussed individual who thrives on providing a first-class customer experience? Our client is a mortgage and savings provider, with branches across the Leicestershire and Northamptonshire area and they are seeking a Customer Advisor to be part of their branch network. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for all customers, assisting them with queries around savings products and services, ensuring every interaction results in a positive and seamless experience. This role is to provide cover across all 5 of their branches (Market Harborough, Kibworth, Desborough, Rothwell and Kettering) and will be based across a 4-week rota. Due to this, you must hold a UK licence and have your own vehicle. It is a full-time position, of 35 hours per week, with the requirement of 1 Saturday per month from 8.45 am – 12.15 pm (paid at time and a half). Duties will include: ·
To provide an exceptional Customer Experience across all channels of customer engagement ·
Identify and provide support to customers with potential or actual characteristics of Vulnerability ·
To ensure the customer journey results in an exceptional customer experience. ·
Ensure Branch premises are secure, and security procedures are followed at all times. ·
To undertake general administration duties including branch presentation checklist The successful individual will possess: ·
Previous customer service experience (ideally customer facing). ·
