Job Description Mortgage Case Manager \n Location: Livingston (office-based during the three-month probationary period, with hybrid working of up to three days per week from home available thereafter) \n Salary: up to£30,000 per annum dependent on experience + up to 10% bonus \n Our client is one of the UK's leading specialist mortgage packagers, supporting mortgage intermediaries and their clients with self-build, renovation, conversion, and custom-build projects. \n They work with a wide panel of lenders to help brokers place complex and non-standard mortgage applications that are not always supported by traditional high-street lending, so no two cases are the same. Their expertise lies in packaging applications accurately, managing detailed project documentation, and supporting specialist lending journeys from initial enquiry through to mortgage offer. \n About the Role \n Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit at least one Mortgage Case Manager to join their specialist team. The first role is someone proven in mortgage case management who can confidently manage applications from Decision in Principle (DIP) through to Offer. The second role is more junior, someone with strong telephone based customer service experience who is looking to start their career within the mortgage sector. \n ·Progressing specialist mortgage applications from DIP through to mortgage offer, with a particular focus on self-build, renovation, and conversion projects \n ·Working closely with brokers, clients, and lenders via phone and email to ensure cases are packaged accurately, quality-checked thoroughly, and progressed efficiently. \n ·Reviewing financial documentation and project documents, including costings and cashflows \n This role is suited to someone who enjoys managing complex cases, working to clear processes, and ensuring applications are submitted to a consistently high standard. \n What We're Looking For \n ·Proven telephone based customer service experience where accuracy and attention to detail are a key part of your role \n ·Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines \n ·Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems \n ·Proven experience as a Mortgage Case Manager within a brokerage, lender or packaging environment (desirable) \n ·Knowledge of lender criteria and application packaging (desirable) \n In return you will get a competitive salary and opportunity to earn bonus along with structured training to support your ongoing development.
