  • Validate end-to-end payment flows, including Faster Payments, Direct Debits, and relevant scheme compliance.
  • Support testing of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger postings, including EFIN and GL validation.
  • Assist with process mapping or documentation where it supports testing, issue investigation, or understanding system behaviour.

Requirements of the Test Analyst:

  • Experience in a Test Analyst or Business Analyst role which has been / is focused on testing.
  • Strong hands-on experience executing system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across business-critical systems.
  • Experience working with end-to-end business processes involving multiple systems, data flows, or third party suppliers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with practical experience using Excel and/or SQL to validate data and investigate issues.
  • Familiarity with test and defect management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, Leapwork, or similar.
  • You will have exposure to payments, reconciliation, or financial processing workflows.
  • Experience working on core banking platforms or finance system transformation programmes would be ideal but not essential.
