Location: Newbury (Head Office)

Hours: 35 Hours Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Are you organised and efficient with great communication skills? Do you enjoy varied tasks and adding value? Then this could be the role for you.

You will be the first point of contact on our reception desk for our internal and external customers. You will be providing excellent customer service while answering calls, managing a switchboard, taking messages, and looking after an enquiries mailbox.

Occasionally you may be asked to provide support to our Scanning department by efficiently and accurately scanning and indexing customer and Society documents.

As part of the larger Customer Support team, you will work closely with colleagues to learn all aspects of the role within your comprehensive training program.
