Nottinghamshire – 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8:45am–4:45pm (2–3 days per week required on-site). Salary up to £30K DOE + excellent benefits.
Our client is a well-established and highly regarded financial services provider seeking a motivated Savings Team Leader. This role requires on-site presence in Nottinghamshire every Monday and Tuesday, with occasional Wednesdays as required.
You will champion a first-class customer experience while inspiring and guiding a team of 6 to deliver caring, confident and outstanding engagement. Joining at a time of transformation, you will support the shift towards cloud-based services and enhanced data capability.
You will own the planning and execution of proactive outreach activity aimed at retention, reactivation, and deepening customer relationships—ensuring every conversation strengthens trust and loyalty.
Key responsibilities of the Savings Team Leader include:
- Motivating the team to deliver exceptional inbound and outbound service
- Monitoring workflow to maintain efficient and high-quality operations
- Coaching and developing colleagues to create meaningful interactions that build rapport and customer satisfaction
- Acting as the escalation point for complex savings queries and customer complaints
- Upholding robust record-keeping, secure data handling and full regulatory compliance
- Using MI and insights to improve performance and drive continual learning
