Our client, a renowned building society, has an exciting new opportunity for a Mortgage Advisor to join their growing team. Reporting to the Mortgage Advice Manager, you will provide high-quality mortgage advice to both new and existing members.
Duties will include:
- Conduct mortgage interviews and provide appropriate advice in line with regulatory requirements
- Process and package new mortgage applications for underwriting
- Manage retention activity and support additional borrowing requests
- Maintain customer service across face-to-face, telephony and digital channels
- Build strong relationships with intermediaries and internal teams
The successful candidate will possess:
- Recent experience as a Mortgage Advisor within a regulated lending environment
- Strong understanding of mortgage products and current regulatory requirements
- CeMAP (or equivalent) — CeRER desirable
