This particular role will be focussing on the aviation and mega projects engineering vertical, requiring someone with either a passion for the subject or strong technical knowledge of the space.
The Head of Content and Brand will be leading the editorial strategy for content as well as brand development in terms of developing audiences on a multi-platform approach with brand extensions designed to grow and engage the community. The next phase of growth will see expansion into new formats, platforms, and subject areas.
The company partners with established, factual content creators who have scale and engagement to build premium content brands with global reach. Its flagship output is known for editorial authority, deep research, authoritative storytelling, and cinematic production.
The Role
- Own the overarching editorial and creative strategy for a flagship creator-led brand.
- Act as a close strategic and creative partner to the founding creator.
- Translate a distinctive personal vision into scalable, high-quality output.
- Define and protect editorial standards, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Oversee development of long-form and short-form content across key platforms; YouTube, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
- Lead expansion into new channels, formats, and creator-led initiatives such as merchandising, collaborations, and adopting new platforms where it makes sense.
- Use audience data and platform insight to guide growth and innovation.
- Align creative decisions with commercial goals, partnerships, and revenue.
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary editorial and production team.
About You
- At least ten years in a leadership role with experience in creating and developing long-form documentary style video content, editorial publishing, digital media, or creator-led content.
- Proven ability to work in close partnership with creators or presenters.
- Editorial credibility and knowledge of aviation and civil engineering mega projects.
- Script-writing capabilities in terms of long-form and short-form content.
- Strong editorial judgement with a credibility-first mindset.
- Commercial acumen – always thinking about how to monetise the audience and the content whilst balancing authenticity and the audience experience.
- Comfortable balancing storytelling ambition with commercial realities.
- Data-aware, platform-savvy, and excited by the evolving creator economy.
