Social Video Partnerships Lead (Sales)

We're seeking a commercially driven Social Video Partnerships Lead to spearhead revenue growth for one of the most recognisable and culturally relevant social content platforms in the market.
This role is designed for a senior brand partnerships professional who understands how to connect brands with audiences through compelling social first storytelling, creator led content, and innovative video formats. You'll be responsible for developing strategic relationships with agencies and advertisers, identifying partnership opportunities, and creating bespoke branded content solutions that resonate across social platforms.
As an end-to-end commercial lead, you'll proactively hunt for briefs, uncover new opportunities, and work closely with creative, production, and content teams to develop standout partnership ideas. You'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle from prospecting and ideation through to proposal writing, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
Working closely with agencies and direct to consumer brands, you'll position the platform as a premium partner for branded entertainment, social video, creator collaborations, sponsorships, and ad funded content initiatives. This is a highly visible role requiring equal parts creativity, strategic thinking, and commercial execution.
What we're looking for:
β’ Proven experience selling social first brand partnerships, branded content, sponsorships, ad funded content, or custom media solutions om social video platforms
β’ Strong track record of generating new business revenue through proactive outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling
β’ Ability to identify opportunities, personally respond to briefs, develop creative concepts, and build compelling commercial proposals
β’ Confident presenter with experience pitching to senior agency and brand stakeholders
β’ Deep understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, content partnerships, and digital media trends across TikTok, IG, YouTube SH & LF, FB
β’ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and manage a complex sales pipeline
β’ A creative commercial thinker who can turn cultural moments, audience insights, and platform strengths into revenue generating partnership opportunities
