I’m working with a fast-growing AdTech business that is looking to hire a strong Programmatic Trader into its campaign delivery team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident across programmatic trading, campaign optimisation and AdOps, but wants more ownership than a standard trading position. The business is scaling quickly, winning larger campaigns, and needs someone who can not only execute well, but also help improve how campaigns are delivered across the team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Trading and optimising programmatic campaigns across platforms such as DV360, Amazon, Yahoo and/or Beeswax
- Owning campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, optimisation and delivery
- Managing tagging, tracking, pixels, QA and troubleshooting
- Supporting paid social activation across platforms such as Meta and TikTok
- Analysing campaign performance and identifying optimisation opportunities
- Working closely with commercial, data and tech teams to improve campaign output
- Helping improve internal workflows, processes and operational efficiency
- Supporting junior team members and raising standards across trading and AdOps
What they’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on programmatic trading experience
- Solid AdOps knowledge across trafficking, tagging, tracking and QA
- Comfortable working with pacing, performance, delivery and optimisation data
- Experience across DSPs such as DV360, Amazon, Yahoo or Beeswax
- Paid social exposure, especially Meta, would be useful
- Someone proactive, detail-oriented and commercially minded
- Ability to spot issues, solve problems and improve processes
- Strong communicator who can work well with internal and client-facing teams
This would suit someone currently working as a Programmatic Trader, Senior Programmatic Trader, Activation Manager, Programmatic Manager or Campaign Operations Manager who wants more ownership in a growing AdTech business.
