A high-growth, award-winning digital sports marketing agency is seeking a commercially driven Managing Director to lead strategic direction, operational performance, and business growth. This role sits at the forefront of fan engagement, content, and digital innovation, partnering with global sports brands, rights holders, and entertainment organisations.

The ideal candidate will be an expert on the Sports fandom / rights / content / engagement space and will have a track record working with teams, leagues, federations and brands on how to create groundbreaking partnerships in the space.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver short, mid and long-term business strategy aligned to growth and client impact
  • Lead cross-functional teams across creative, production, strategy and client services to ensure best-in-class delivery
  • Drive operational excellence through clear processes, KPIs and performance management
