We’re looking for a senior enterprise sales hunter to lead the charge on net-new revenue while building and directing a small, elite commercial team. This is a hands-on, front-line role. You will personally business develop major global brands, sell at CMO level, and close complex, high-value enterprise deals. Alongside this, you’ll act as a player–coach—setting the bar, calling the plays, and holding the team to a high-performance standard.

Key Responsibilities:- Personally originate and close large, net-new enterprise opportunities
- Hunt into senior marketing organisations and complex buying groups
- Lead CMO-level discovery, value framing and commercial negotiations
- Run disciplined enterprise qualification (e.g. Challenger, MEDDPICC)
- Manage, coach and drive performance of two Sales Account Managers and one SDR
- Direct SDR output to generate high-quality, on-strategy enterprise pipeline
- Own deal strategy, close plans and forecast accuracy
- Enforce high standards of CRM hygiene and sales execution
- Partner with Marketing on ABM and target account strategy
- Proven enterprise hunter with a track record of net-new logos from a SaaS or enterprise level-sales set-up
- Comfortable carrying a personal number while leading others
- Confident consultative selling insight, not features, at C-suite level
- Competitive, resilient and execution-obsessed
