The role:
They’re looking for an ambitious Senior Programmatic Account Manager to join the commercial team in London. This is a role for someone who’s as comfortable talking strategy with agencies and advertisers as they are troubleshooting campaigns and optimising delivery.
You’ll act as a trusted partner to clients across EMEA, helping them get the most out of the platform. That means owning onboarding, running training sessions, building custom audience segments, analysing campaign data, and providing hands-on support when needed. You’ll be the go-to advisor for programmatic strategy — educating clients, spotting growth opportunities, and making sure they get measurable value from every campaign.
To thrive, you’ll need:
- 4+ years’ experience in account management, programmatic trading, or AdTech customer success
- Hands-on knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, and campaign optimisation
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical ideas simply
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the confidence to lead client conversations
