Job Description

Senior Customer Success Manager – AI / Data SaaS

Up to £65k base + 20% OTE

Hybrid – 2-3 days in London office

This tech is an absolute need to have for any institution!

Most companies in the world right now use multiple pieces of data heavy tech but if you wanted to have birds-eye view or ask that data questions – that nearly impossible with a tech like this.

This connect all data sources and lets companies get the most out of the data sources!

The Role

  • This is technical senior CS role so you'll be helping a lot of technical conversations and usage (they have a tech team so you don't need to be able to code, but it could help)
  • It also entail other classic CS work like onboarding new clients, managing the day2day, QBRs, renewals and upselling
  • Working with c.30 accounts, 1-2m BoB
  • Working closely with data and finance teams

Requirements

  • You must have at least 3+ years SaaS Customer Success experience – ideally closer to 5-6 years
  • You must be technical and have a great understanding of of data/AI
  • You must also come from a data heavy SaaS solution
  • Interest in data & AI
  • Can come into the London office 3 days a week
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
