Global Marketing Advisory | London | Hybrid Working (3 days a week in the office)
A decade ago, a small group of marketers set out to solve a growing problem in the industry. As media became more complex, fragmented, and expensive, too many businesses were losing clarity over where their investment was going and whether it was really working. Their mission was simple but ambitious: to bring confidence, transparency, and intelligence back into modern marketing decision making.
Since then, the business has grown into a global, independent advisory working with some of the world’s most complex and ambitious advertisers. Operating across multiple international markets, the team sits at the intersection of media, data, technology, and governance, helping clients eliminate waste, unlock performance, and build marketing ecosystems that actually work. Independence is not a slogan here. It’s a core principle that underpins trust, objectivity, and long term impact.
Culture has been central to that growth. Curious minds are encouraged, courageous thinking is expected, and collaboration is deeply ingrained in how the team operates across regions and disciplines. People are trusted to lead, to challenge, and to raise the bar for both clients and colleagues. It’s a place where rigorous thinking meets real world pragmatism, and where quality of delivery genuinely matters.
Now, as client demand continues to grow and digital transformation becomes even more critical, the Digital Practice is entering its next chapter. New methodologies, blueprints, and ways of working are being rolled out globally, and the team is looking for a Senior Consultant Project Lead to help lead that evolution. This role sits at the heart of client delivery, shaping how digital expertise is applied across markets, platforms, and partners.
In this role, you will act as a trusted digital lead for clients, owning what is delivered and how it is delivered. You will lead complex digital performance audits across multiple markets, guiding teams through data analysis, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness, and ensuring insights translate into measurable value. You will play a key role in global agency pitch processes, assessing digital capability, technology stacks, and data propositions, and advising senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Beyond pitches, you will advise clients on their data and technology strategies, from platform selection and KPI frameworks through to cost benchmarking and partner evaluation. You will support operating model assessments, help implement change, and build post pitch tracking programmes that hold agencies to account and drive real savings. Alongside client work, you will contribute to the ongoing development of the Digital Practice itself, helping shape methodologies, playbooks, and best practice that are used consistently across the global business.
You will bring deep expertise in paid digital media, with hands on experience across channels such as programmatic, paid social, paid search, or retail media. You are comfortable working directly with platforms and data, confident leading teams, and experienced in managing complex senior client relationships. Just as important is your mindset. You are curious, proactive, organised, and comfortable operating with autonomy in fast moving environments. You enjoy presenting, influencing, and solving problems that don’t come with neat answers.
If you’re passionate about digital media, motivated by raising standards across the industry, and excited by the opportunity to shape how global clients operate and invest, this is a role where your impact will be tangible and visible.
