Sales Engineer, AdTech and Commerce Enablement
Fully remote (UK based, with London visits twice a month) | £40,000–£50,000 plus bonus
In 2016, a small group of builders set out to close the gap between digital engagement and real-world sales. Their idea was bold yet simple, give marketers a single platform that allows shoppers to move seamlessly from inspiration to checkout, while revealing the story behind every conversion. Today, their commerce enablement and analytics technology powers the “where-to-buy” experience across thousands of retailers worldwide, helping brands understand not just if media works, but how and why.
This is a company built on collaboration, curiosity, and craft. The culture is open and energising engineers, strategists, and commercial thinkers working side by side to make data storytelling more human and actionable. With a flat structure and a test-and-learn mindset, people are encouraged to challenge ideas, move quickly, and stay focused on outcomes that genuinely impact their customers.
Over the past year, they’ve deepened retailer integrations, expanded partnerships across EMEA, and refined their measurement tools to capture the full value of media investment. That growth has created the need for a Sales Engineer, someone who can translate complex client challenges into elegant, scalable solutions that showcase the power of the platform.
In this role, you’ll be the technical backbone of the commercial team & partnering with Sales to design, present, and implement solutions that help enterprise clients see how the platform drives business results. One day you’ll be turning a brand’s measurement challenge into a tangible proof-of-concept; the next, you’ll be building dashboards that make campaign and conversion data easy to visualise. You’ll work closely with global product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, while staying close to agencies, retailers, and media platforms to anticipate client needs and emerging opportunities.
We’re looking for someone fluent in AdTech and data. Maybe you’ve worked at a DSP, retail media network, analytics platform, or agency trading desk. You’re comfortable configuring tools, interpreting performance data, and translating technical detail into commercial clarity. Above all, you’re curious, collaborative, and excited by the chance to bridge the space between media, data, and commerce.
Why join:
You’ll be part of a fast-scaling global AdTech business defining the future of commerce measurement working with blue-chip brands and world-class partners, all while enjoying the autonomy of a fully remote setup and regular connection with a London-based team twice a month.
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 plus bonus
Location: Fully remote (UK-based, with London visits twice a month)
If you’re data-driven, commercially curious, and ready to shape how brands connect media to retail conversion, we’d love to hear from you.
