The Company
This tech is an absolute need to have for companies that require their employees to track their time, think consultancies, agencies, tech etc. The platform automates the tracking so employees don't have to do anything manually, unlike their competitors this tech isn’t used by leadership to monitor their staff but for the employees themselves to learn how to be more efficient and how they bill their clients. Plus it allows organisations to analyse anonymised data to see where they can be more efficient.
Exciting Bits
- Mix of inbound and outbound sales
- Remote role - offering a lot of flexibility + no micro management
- The sales team are crushing it
- Scale up company (c.40 people) who are doing well and growing steadily
- Really good earning opportunity - you make great commissions from one-off large deals
- Very fair MRR target
- You’ll be one of the senior members of the team and so vital to their growth, they’re also a scale up growing from 40 people so lots of career growth
The Role
This is a new business role closing SaaS deals ranging between 40-150k ARR on average (maybe some even higher). Hunt new enterprise opportunities from scratch, work on inbound and some sales into existing clients - it’s a mostly new business role though. They will want you to work on their largest strategic deals and work to a MRR target.
The Requirements
- You must have at least 2 years in a closing SaaS new business sales role, ideally you’ll be more like 3-5 years in such a role
- You must also be closing on average SaaS new business deals in the range of 50-100k+
- You must currently be generating your own new business opportunities targeting enterprise clients
- Currently or very happy to work remote
- This role needs someone who’s more of a consultative, strategic seller so you should be adept with sales methodologies like Meddic/meddpicc etc.
- Be based in the UK with the right to work
- Longevity (2+ years) in most of your roles
- Have been hitting most of your new business SaaS quotas
- Happy to work at a start/scale up of about 40 people globally
