About Us: Our client is a fast‑growing, mission‑driven lifestyle content publishing platform connecting two sides of a key consumer ecosystem. Backed by committed investors, our client has built a trusted product with strong demand, and we’re on a journey to scale nationally. Our client’s culture is about innovation, creativity, bold, customer‑obsessed, and data‑driven—combined with a bias for action and doing the right thing.

Your Role: Reporting to the Founder of the business, you’ll own the end-to-end performance marketing function across both desktop and mobile products. Your remit includes crafting, executing, and continually optimising paid acquisition strategies. You’ll work with a suite of biddable channels—search, social, programmatic display, affiliates, partnerships and more—managing sizeable budgets to hit aggressive ROI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and own a multi-channel performance strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, display networks, affiliate platforms, etc.
  • Use data and analytics tools (BI dashboards, GA4, Looker, SQL, etc.) to mine insights, build reporting systems, and recommend action.
  • Devise audience targeting strategies using demographic, behavioural, and psychographic data.
  • Set up structured testing frameworks (creative, audiences, bid strategies, landing pages).
  • Collaborate with creative, product, data, and finance teams to ensure alignment and creative excellence.
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics and adapt spend for maximum efficiency.
  • Grow the performance marketing capability over time—balancing delivery today with strategic investment into the future.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5 – 7 + years in performance marketing (in-house or agency), ideally in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
  • Deep experience managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, affiliates, partnerships, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable with dashboards, BI tools, SQL, attribution frameworks, etc.
  • Hands-on execution skills: able to launch, A/B test, optimise, and scale campaigns autonomously.
  • Proven ability to manage budget effectively and hit strict CPA / ROAS / growth targets.
  • Strategic mindset: You can drive short‑term results but also shape long‑term capabilities.
  • Excellent project management skills—prioritised, organised, adaptive to shifting business needs.
  • Collaborative working style—able to align stakeholders across multiple teams.

Why You’ll Enjoy It:

  • High‑impact role in a scale‑up environment with clear growth plans and investor backing.
  • Excellent compensation: competitive salary, annual bonus, private healthcare, equity/stock options, learning & wellness budget.
  • Hybrid working with a supportive and vibrant office culture.
  • Opportunities for career progression as we build out our performance marketing team.
