We’re working with a growing AdTech business built to solve a problem many commercial teams know well: how to make sense of audiences, measurement, and impact across an increasingly fragmented streaming and broadcast landscape.
The platform sits at the intersection of data, media, and technology, partnering with publishers, platforms, streamers, and sell-side AdTech businesses across Europe. It’s consultative, insight-led, and designed by people who have spent their careers inside the ecosystem.
As the business enters its next phase of growth, they’re hiring a Partnerships Director, Platforms and Publishers to help build and scale strategic relationships across key European markets. This role is focused on developing platform and publisher partnerships, selling audience and measurement solutions, managing complex deal cycles, and working closely with product and internal teams to shape long-term commercial value. This is a new business and sales role.
- Key Focus: Driving revenue growth with Ad Networks / AdTech Platforms selling both their Audience Data / Measurement solutions mainly. The role also has a focus on supply conversations, mainly CTV suppliers, and a network with those clients is a bonus.
- Language skills: English (fluent) and ideally French or German, however it’s a nice to have vs a must have.
- Market experience: Need to have EMEA experience, this is a must have.
- Preferred background: Data / Measurement AdTech Platforms.
It’s a great opportunity for someone with AdTech or data sales experience who enjoys solution selling, senior stakeholder engagement, and building partnerships that last.
