The founders had spent four years refining a model that sits at the intersection of creativity, data, and performance, designed to help advertisers turn social storytelling into commercial results.
Today, this agency helps a growing list of consumer and lifestyle brands source, create, and scale social ads that not only convert but truly connect. Built for the modern marketing landscape, it’s an environment where curiosity meets craft, where every campaign is an opportunity to push creative performance further.
Now, they’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to help shape this next phase of growth, someone who understands that paid social is more than media buying; it’s where brand and behaviour meet.
You’ll take the lead on planning, executing, and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram with around 80% of your focus on Meta.
You’ll analyse performance, uncover insights, and translate data into stories that drive smarter creative and stronger results. Working closely with creative and strategy teams, you’ll help ensure every ad reflects both impact and imagination.
The right person will bring proven experience running paid social campaigns, with confidence across analytics and platforms like Airtable or Google Data Studio. You’ll be data-driven yet creative, strategic yet hands-on, and comfortable presenting your thinking with clarity. Most importantly, you’ll have the self-starting mindset needed to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where ideas and ownership go hand in hand.
This role offers hybrid working (typically one day per week in London), 25 days’ holiday plus your birthday off, a quarterly performance bonus, and a 5% pension contribution.
