Some roles are account management. This one is closer to owning a market. I’m working with a global video technology business hiring its key UK client-facing hire across programmatic, video and emerging AI-led campaign orchestration. The business already has serious credibility across publishers, broadcasters, streamers and advertisers, but the interesting part is what comes next. They are bringing a new product to market that helps trading teams work smarter across multiple DSPs, reducing manual setup, improving campaign governance and making programmatic activation more efficient. This needs someone who properly understands programmatic.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Strong agency or platform-side account management experience
  • Hands-on DSP exposure at some point in your career
  • Confidence speaking to traders, activation teams and senior stakeholders
  • Enough maturity to be the main UK post-sales person
  • The ability to operate in a smaller, high-impact team

Title can flex depending on seniority. Could suit: Senior Account Manager, Client Success Manager, Programmatic Account Director, Platform Partnerships / Solutions profile.

Salary: £60,000–£70,000
