Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end B2B sales across the UK market, driving new business and revenue growth
- Build and execute a UK go-to-market approach: target lists, agency mapping, outreach strategy and pipeline creation
- Develop and grow a book of business across brands, agencies and key partners
- Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, pitch, negotiation and close
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations that clearly communicate the value proposition and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with Account Management and Product teams to shape solutions and deliver against client needs
- Manage RFP responses and contribute to sales plans for priority prospects
- Hit and exceed quarterly sales targets in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking within CRM (Salesforce)
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and become a trusted partner over time
Experience
- Experience in digital advertising sales (programmatic / AdTech strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and how brands/agencies buy media
- Proven ability to win new business and build meaningful client relationships
- Confident presenting and influencing across stakeholder groups (commercial + technical)
- Experience building sales plans, managing pipeline and delivering accurate forecasts
- Comfortable using Salesforce and standard business tools (Office / Google Suite)
- Self-starter mindset: proactive, accountable, and comfortable working autonomously
- UK market knowledge and existing agency/brand relationships are a strong plus
