Client Sales Director – Global TV/Media Data Measurement Leader (SaaS AdTech) *This is an IC new business enterprise sales role x3 days in the central London office This is a rare chance to take total ownership of a completely untapped, net-new brand-direct pipeline across EMEA for a globally recognized giant in media intelligence, first-party audience data and ad measurement tech. While this business is highly successful and widely utilized by the world’s biggest brands, they have never had a dedicated commercial lead solely focused on driving the Client-Direct universe. For an elite enterprise sales professional, this means an completely unencumbered territory, zero internal channel conflict, and an enormous, realistic upside in year one. Our client captures first-party, privacy-compliant attention and viewing data at a scale of over a billion people. In a fragmenting media landscape, they own what is arguably the most culturally relevant and critical data asset on the planet for modern marketers. Complete Territory Ownership: You will be the sole pioneer for the client-direct business targeting major Tier 1 brands ~ Massive Year-One Upside: Because this brand universe is currently untapped, a strategic operator can quickly identify low-hanging fruit and outperform targets early on. ~ Premium Financial Security: Unlike typical 50/50 SaaS splits, this package is structured with a heavily weighted, premium base salary (up to £130k–£140k for a top-tier performer), offering exceptional guaranteed earnings alongside strong accelerators and equity (RSUs). ~ A Culturally Critical Product Suite: You aren't selling generic software; you are taking a sophisticated, data-driven suite of measurement, custom audience segmentation, and programmatic solutions directly to CMOs who desperately need clarity on consumer attention across screens. The Brand Black Book: You must possess a deeply active, senior-level (CMO, VP Marketing, Head of Media/Insights) black book across major Tier 1 advertisers. ~ Proven Client-Direct Heritage: You are a tried-and-tested brand-direct sales expert with roughly 10+ years of experience. Subject Matter Expertise: Deep credibility within AdTech, CTV, audience data, custom segments, programmatic, or highly analytical MarTech. You must thoroughly understand how major brands invest in media, plan cycles, and utilize measurement data. ~ A proven track record of navigating multi-stakeholder, enterprise-level sales cycles, with the ability to articulate specific historical deals, stakeholder mapping, and high-value outcomes.
