Programmatic Specialist
We’re partnering with a fast-growing digital business looking to add a strong Programmatic Specialist to their team. This is a role for someone who’s genuinely hands-on in-platform, enjoys solving performance problems, and wants a clear path into team leadership as the function scales.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning day-to-day programmatic execution across major DSPs
- Optimising campaigns, analysing performance, and driving measurable improvement
- Working closely with cross-channel teams to deliver integrated media plans
- Contributing to best-practice processes, workflow optimisation, and future team structure
- Playing an active role in knowledge-sharing and mentoring junior colleagues over time
What we’re looking for
- Solid hands-on programmatic trading experience (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, or similar)
- Someone who enjoys in-platform work but is ready to take on more ownership and step into a people-lead role
- Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to optimisation
- Paid social experience (Meta, TikTok, Snap, etc.) is a major advantage
- Curious mindset, proactive, and excited by the idea of building something rather than inheriting it
