A fast-growing technology business within the healthcare space is building a new generation of tools designed to modernise an industry that has historically been underserved by outdated systems and inefficient workflows. With strong momentum behind the product and increasing demand across the market, the business is now entering a significant new phase of growth, investing heavily in its inbound acquisition strategy and digital performance capability.

As part of that journey, they’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid acquisition and organic discoverability across the business. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys being deep in the platforms, analysing performance data, running experiments, and continuously optimising for pipeline growth. The core focus of the role sits across Google Ads, PPC performance, technical SEO, GEO, and AEO.

They need someone who can confidently own campaigns inside the platforms themselves, not simply manage agency relationships or oversee strategy from a distance. You’ll be actively building, optimising, testing, and refining campaigns day-to-day, constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency, conversion performance, and inbound pipeline generation.

Alongside paid media ownership, you’ll work closely with website and landing page performance, running frequent A/B tests, refining user journeys, improving conversion rates, and helping shape how prospects move through the funnel from first interaction through to qualified pipeline. The business already has strong brand and content support internally, so this role is focused on technical performance marketing execution and growth optimisation.

They’re looking for someone analytical, commercially minded, and naturally curious, someone who enjoys forming hypotheses, testing ideas quickly, and using data to drive decisions. Strong Google Ads expertise is essential, alongside a deep understanding of technical SEO and how search behaviour is evolving across AI-driven environments and answer engines. Experience with inbound nurture journeys, reporting, attribution, and pipeline progression through to SQL is also important.

The environment is collaborative, ambitious, and low ego, with plenty of autonomy for someone who wants ownership and visibility. This would suit a performance marketer coming from a B2B SaaS or technology environment, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house exposure, who wants to step into a role where they can have a direct and measurable impact on growth.
