I’m working with a fast-growing AdTech business that is looking to hire an Operations Manager into its campaign delivery team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who is genuinely hands-on across programmatic trading, AdOps and paid social, but wants more ownership than a pure activation role. The business is scaling, winning larger campaigns, and needs someone who can help improve how the team operates, not just execute campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning campaign setup, trafficking, optimisation and delivery across programmatic platforms
- Working across DSPs such as DV360, Amazon, Yahoo and/or Beeswax
- Supporting paid social activation across platforms such as Meta and TikTok
- Managing tagging, tracking, pixels, QA and troubleshooting
- Analysing performance and identifying optimisation/revenue opportunities
- Improving internal workflows, processes and operational efficiency
- Supporting and developing junior members of the operations team
- Working closely with commercial, data and technical teams to improve campaign output
What they’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience in programmatic trading, media buying or campaign operations
- Solid AdOps knowledge across trafficking, tagging, tracking and QA
- Comfortable working with pacing, delivery, performance data and optimisation
- Exposure to paid social, especially Meta
- Someone proactive who can spot problems and improve processes
- Commercial mindset, able to understand how better delivery impacts revenue and client outcomes
- Strong communicator who can work well with internal teams and client-facing stakeholders
This would suit someone currently operating as a Senior Trader, Programmatic Manager, Activation Manager, AdOps Manager or Operations Manager who wants more influence in a growing business.
