Built as a Gen-AI powered account intelligence platform for B2B organisations operating in complex adtech and martech ecosystems, the product unifies everything happening across account management. Internal systems, live conversations, performance data, and external signals are pulled together to give leadership teams real-time clarity on client health, relationship strength, and where expansion or churn is likely to happen next.
For the past three years, the focus has been on foundations. Product depth, integrations, and data infrastructure were built before scale. That discipline has paid off. Customers embed the platform deeply, don’t switch it off, and actively advocate for it. Retention is strong, usage is sticky, and the data advantage is genuinely hard to replicate.
Now the business is at a decisive go-to-market moment. Funding is underway, ARR targets are aggressive, and the next 12 months are squarely focused on winning and expanding enterprise accounts. Marketing moves from potential to priority, with a clear mandate to drive credibility, pipeline, and revenue at the top end of the market.
This is a founding Head of Marketing role in the truest sense. You will be the first marketer in the business, reporting directly into the Founder, owning marketing end-to-end. Strategy and execution sit with you. There is no inherited function, no agency dependency, and no legacy playbook. Your role is to build a commercial GTM engine that helps the business break into larger, more complex enterprise buying environments.
You’ll define positioning and narrative for senior decision-makers, build content and thought leadership that earns trust, and create events and activations that open doors with enterprise prospects. Paid amplification, demand programs, and sales enablement will all ladder back to one outcome: qualified enterprise pipeline and new ARR. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Sales and Customer Success to turn insight into deals and data into momentum.
This role is for a commercially focused B2B SaaS marketer who is comfortable being measured on results. You’ll bring experience selling into complex organisations, confidence operating across GTM, and depth in content and activation. You’ll already be using AI tools to accelerate execution, test faster, and scale what converts. You’ll form strong opinions, challenge constructively, and focus effort where it drives enterprise growth.
