We're partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing creator-led media businesses to appoint a

Senior or Executive Produce r (dependent on experience) to lead the production and editorial delivery across a portfolio of flagship podcast and You Tube shows.

This is a senior opportunity for an experienced producer who thrives on creating best-in-class long-form content, leading talented production teams and delivering consistently exceptional audience experiences.

Working closely with founders, presenters and senior leadership, you'll oversee the end-to-end production of premium interview-led content, ensuring every episode is delivered to the highest editorial, creative and technical standards.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Leading the end-to-end production of multiple flagship podcast and You Tube shows.
  • Managing the full production lifecycle, from guest planning and pre-production through to recording, post-production and publishing.
  • Working closely with presenters to shape interviews, enhance storytelling and deliver compelling long-form conversations.
  • Leading and developing producers, editors and freelance production teams, creating an environment where creativity and quality thrive.
  • Continuously refining production workflows, processes and delivery to support audience growth and operational excellence.
  • Collaborating with editorial, commercial and social teams to maximise the reach and impact of every piece o f content.

We're looking for someone wh o has

  • A proven track record producing premium podcast, You Tube, broadcast or digital video content.
  • Technical and platform fluency in terms of knowing what levers and techniques work on each platform – You Tube, Spotify, Podcasts, IG, Tik Tok, etc
  • Extensive experience leading production teams and managing complex editorial workflows
  • . Outstanding editorial judgement, production expertise and attention to detail.
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance creativity, operational excellence and deadlines.
  • A genuine passion for long-form storytelling and creating content that resonates with large, engaged audiences.
