The Role
- Own the editorial and creative strategy for a flagship creator-led brand
- Act as a close strategic and creative partner to the founding creator
- Translate a distinctive personal vision into scalable, high-quality output
- Define and protect editorial standards, accuracy, and brand consistency
- Oversee development of long-form and short-form content across key platforms; YouTube, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
- Lead expansion into new channels, formats, and creator-led initiatives
- Use audience data and platform insight to guide growth and innovation
- Align creative decisions with commercial goals, partnerships, and revenue
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary editorial and production team
About You
- Senior experience in video content, editorial publishing, digital media, documentary, or creator-led content
- Proven ability to work in close partnership with creators or presenters
- Editorial credibility and knowledge of aviation and civil engineering mega projects
