Enterprise Customer Success Manager – SaaS User Generated Content Marketing Tech

Up to £65k base + OTE

Hybrid roles based in central London x3 days a week

The platform helps create user generated content which powers new & existing customers acquisition & generate more customer trust.

Its data focused which is proved to be very valuable insight for their enterprise clients for example they can see what products customer like and dislike and why!

They have bought on new leadership who have re imagined and energised this company who have just had their best ever quarter.

The Role

  • Classic CSM role where the focus is on the renewal and growth of their enterprise accounts
  • Manage enterprise c. 15 accounts
  • Lots of keeping close to the client, QBRs, day to day management being their first port of call if there are any challenges
  • Help with technical issue where you can and partner with the tech team if it requires their help

Requirements

  • You must have experience managing UK enterprise accounts ideally from the world of retail & ecommerce. It should be well know big companies you\’ve worked with
  • You must come from a similar CSM/AM role where you are in charge of renewals and cross/upselling
  • Whilst SaaS/Marketing Tech experience is not an absolute need to have it will be a massive plus
  • Ideally you\’ll be technical and come with some technical knowledge from SaaS/Marketing Tech
