A specialist creative digital media business is hiring a Digital Account Manager to support its commercial team across agency relationships, proposals, campaign workflows and client servicing. This is a strong opportunity for someone in digital media planning, sales support, campaign management, client services or junior account management who wants to move closer to the commercial side of media.
The company works with agencies and brands across high-impact digital formats, including rich media, playables, AR, audio, video, YouTube/CTV and bespoke interactive creative. This is not a pure new-business sales role from day one. You will sit closely with three senior sales managers, helping the team run more efficiently while learning how creative digital solutions are sold into major agencies and brands. Over time, there will be scope to develop your own client relationships and take on a smaller commercial patch.
The Role
- Support the senior sales team across:
- Pulling together proposals, responses and client-facing materials
- Managing workflows across sales, creative, ad ops and campaign teams
- Supporting agency and client requests
- Keeping sales activity, campaign updates and admin organised
- Helping senior sellers manage key agency relationships
- Learning how to position creative digital formats against client briefs
- Building product knowledge across rich media, playables, AR, audio, YouTube/CTV and interactive media
- Gradually developing your own client relationships and commercial ownership
Who This Would Suit
This could suit someone from:
- Media agency planning or activation
- Campaign management
- Junior account management / client services
- Commercial support roles within digital, social, video, mobile or programmatic media
You do not need to be a finished salesperson. The priority is someone organised, switched on, proactive and genuinely interested in building a commercial career in digital media.
What They’re Looking For
- Good understanding of digital media
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence working with sales teams, client teams or agency stakeholders
- Commercial curiosity and appetite to learn
- Ability to manage admin, workflows and process properly
- A clear desire to grow into a more client-facing commercial role over time
Why Apply?
This is a great stepping-stone for someone who wants more commercial exposure without being dropped straight into a hard sales target. You will learn from experienced sellers, work on creative digital campaigns, and build a strong foundation in agency-facing digital media sales and account management.
