We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who can work both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be solution-driven, show high levels of initiative, and be a great communicator in both oral and written forms (process documentation, etc).

Key Skills and Capabilities:

  • Strong experience building full stack applications across frontend and backend environments
  • Proficiency in modern languages such as JavaScript, PHP, Python and TypeScript with clean, maintainable coding practices
  • Experience designing and consuming APIs, building scalable services and integrating frontend interfaces
  • Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS, alongside containerisation tools such as Docker
  • Experience working with databases including Postgres and Redis, plus data pipeline or event driven systems
  • Familiarity with CI CD workflows and modern development tooling such as GitHub Actions
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally with product, design and commercial teams to deliver end to end features
  • Strong understanding of performance, scalability, security and observability best practice
