This is a senior creative leadership role focused on shaping best in class social campaigns, mentoring high performing teams, and partnering with clients to unlock innovative, culturally relevant ideas that deliver real impact.
What we are looking for:
- A proven creative leader with deep expertise in social, strong client presence, and a track record of delivering high impact campaigns.
- You will be comfortable being a player-coach, leading from the front in terms of pitch work but also mentoring and nurturing a precious team of creatives.
- Lead creative vision across campaigns ensuring best in class output and measurable impact.
- Hands on approach from concept to execution across key projects and pitches.
- Credibility, gravitas and creative leadership and ability to influence clients through world class creativity.
- Strong experience mentoring and developing creative teams.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, culture and audience behaviour.
- Ability to translate business challenges into compelling creative solutions.
- Confident stakeholder management with senior clients and internal teams.
- Experience of team management and development of junior talent, creating a high-performance culture.
