Senior Sales Manager

Now, with a major evolution underway and ambitious plans building toward 2026, the commercial team is sharpening its approach to meet the next generation of video viewing head on.

With the platform rebuilding parts of its experience and pushing into new opportunities, there is real momentum and the sales function is central to what comes next.

They are now looking for a Senior Sales Manager to help write the next chapter.

You will shape revenue growth by identifying new opportunities across agencies and advertisers, building a smart sales strategy, and turning prospects into lasting partnerships. You will manage a portfolio with intent, balancing day to day commercial performance with longer term value. You will also bring clarity to decision making by evaluating existing partnerships through the lens of efficiency and ROI, while contributing to larger strategic relationships across areas like ad operations, content, and programmatic demand. Strong reporting and forecasting will keep performance visible and predictable, even in a fast moving environment.

You will bring at least five years of experience in online media, ideally from an advertising sales house, with a proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and influence senior stakeholders across trading desks, agencies, and direct advertisers. Just as important is your mindset: commercially sharp, naturally tenacious, detail focused, and confident building relationships at every level, with professional English.
