This role isn't starting off in a pure management role, it is a sales role where you'll then build a team after success.
We’re working with an early-stage B2B SaaS startup building an AI-native platform for enterprise client service teams. The product helps client-led organisations (agencies, consultancies, professional services firms) better understand, grow, and protect their most valuable relationships using AI-driven insight.
This is a hands-on founding sales role for a proven seller ready to step into leadership. You’ll own revenue, close enterprise deals yourself, and work directly with the founders to build the sales function from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Own and hit revenue targets
- Close complex mid-market and enterprise SaaS deals
- Lead senior-level discovery and value conversations
- Translate AI capabilities into clear commercial ROI
- Build repeatable sales processes, tooling, and playbooks
- Hire and lead the sales team as the company scales
