We’re looking for a Growth Manager (Business Development) to join a high-performing team driving pipeline growth and performance marketing excellence - both paid and organic. This is a sales and business development role so applicants will need to demonstrate a previous track record of winning new business. You’ll work across lead generation, outbound prospecting, partner engagement and pitch development — helping transform opportunities into successful long-term client relationships.
This is a hands-on, strategic role at the intersection of sales, marketing and media. The focus is winning new business and opening up new projects from existing projects. You’ll manage your prospecting via accurately recording records in the CRM (HubSpot), craft compelling proposals, support cross-functional teams on major pitches, and collaborate with marketing to turn insights into action. Expect variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a visible impact in a dynamic, creative environment.
You’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in a growth, sales or new business role within a digital or media agency
- Skilled at creating a pitch winning narrative in collaboration with other team members
- Proven success in lead generation and outbound prospecting
- Experience with media partners and performance marketing
- Confidence using CRM tools and analysing campaign performance
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
In return, you’ll join a modern, forward-thinking agency that values curiosity, clarity, and constant impact. Enjoy flexible hybrid working, private medical insurance, wellness benefits, summer hours, birthdays off, and structured development opportunities.
If you’re ambitious, tech-savvy and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to help shape the growth story of a digital leader redefining how brands scale in today’s marketing landscape.
