A growing programmatic AdTech business is hiring a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across London’s independent agency market.
The company delivers data-led digital advertising solutions built for today’s privacy-first ecosystem and has already established strong traction with independent agencies. The next phase of growth requires an experienced seller who can deepen existing relationships while opening new agency partnerships.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on commercial role focused on owning an agency patch, building pipeline consistently, and converting opportunities into long-term revenue. You’ll work closely with trading and client teams while maintaining full ownership of agency relationships and commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow revenue across a portfolio of London independent media agencies
- Build senior relationships with planners, buyers and agency leadership
- Generate pipeline through proactive outreach, networking and industry engagement
- Lead sales conversations around programmatic and data-led advertising solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing agency partners
- Collaborate internally to ensure strong campaign delivery and client retention
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience selling digital media, programmatic or AdTech solutions
- Strong relationships within London independent agencies
- Track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Comfortable running a personal pipeline and driving outbound activity
- Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and agency buying models
- Commercially driven, proactive and relationship-led
Package
- ~£40,000–£50,000 base salary
- ~ Uncapped commission (typical OTE £70k–£90k+)
